RoleCap stores the role books, tasks and account details your organization enters so that the people you authorize can capture and review them. We do not sell data and we do not show ads.

Sign-in uses your organization’s existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account. We store the name and email address those providers share, and nothing else from them.

Any role book can be exported at any time. Email hello@rolecap.com to have an account and its data deleted.
